1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Individual Entrepreneur KlickNerds
Owner: Eda Reeg
Zakaria Paliashvili Street Nr. 41, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia
Identification number: 305695557
Email: hello@klicknerds.com

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and reliably). Log files are stored only as long as required for this purpose, typically for a few weeks. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider. As the hosting takes place on servers in Germany, no transfer to a third country occurs at this stage.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, name if given, message content) to handle your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling your inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Appointment booking via Cal.com

For booking consultation calls we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The booking calendar loads only after you actively click "Load booking calendar". Only then is a connection to Cal.com's servers established and your IP address transmitted; when you book, Cal.com additionally processes the data you enter (name, email address, selected time slot, optional notes).

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by actively loading the calendar and may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Where personal data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) as part of Cal.com's data processing terms. Further information: cal.com/privacy.

5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Space Grotesk, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established when loading them, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

6. AI Playground (website analysis)

Via our "AI Playground" you can submit a domain and your email address to receive an automated analysis of the publicly accessible content of the submitted website. We process the submitted domain, your email address and any optional context you provide in order to create and deliver the report.

The report is sent only after you confirm your email address (double opt-in) and after we manually approve the request. For the analysis we use AI models provided by Anthropic (Claude) via API (Anthropic, PBC, USA). Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, submitted data is not used to train publicly available AI models. Where personal data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as part of Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum. Further information: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

The legal basis is your consent and the performance of your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Please do not enter personal data into the analysis field.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking services. For this reason, no cookie banner is required. Technically necessary storage (for example by the externally embedded booking calendar after your consent, see section 4) remains unaffected.

Should we introduce optional services requiring consent in the future, a consent banner will ask for your permission before any such service is loaded, and this section will be updated accordingly. Consent choices would be stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time.

8. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights against us: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

To exercise your rights, an email to hello@klicknerds.com is sufficient.
