A psychologist and a designer walk into an agency.

There's no punchline. That's just how KlickNerds started — and honestly, it's why the whole thing works.

the_story

How we got here.

Not a straight line. The good paths never are.

CHAPTER 01

The detour that wasn't one.

Dominik studied psychology and spent years working in psychiatric care. Real work, with real people, where listening well isn't a soft skill — it's the whole job. On the side, he kept taking jobs as a writer and copywriter, because putting the right words in the right order came naturally.

It looked like a detour. It turned out to be the foundation: marketing is applied psychology. Understanding what people actually need — before they say it — is the same skill in a clinic and on a landing page. He just didn't know it yet.

CHAPTER 02

The road.

Then the itch to travel won. Dominik packed up and went — and because the road doesn't pay for itself, he grew into online marketing one project at a time. He got lucky with the people around him: some of Germany's best marketing minds became his mentors.

The projects grew with him: campaigns for brands like the organic retail chain Biomarkt and Nestlé, alongside work as a project manager across wildly different industries. The pattern from psychology held: understand the human first, then build the message.

CHAPTER 03

The merge.

Somewhere on that road, Dominik met Eda. She came from the other side of the same world: marketing with a focus on social media — planning and running campaigns from A to Z for all kinds of brands, designing websites, creating the visuals that make people stop scrolling.

He built the systems and wrote the words. She designed what people saw and ran what people shared. Two halves of one craft. They didn't just team up — they got married. And Eda founded KlickNerds as the logical consequence: everything both of them do, under one roof, for businesses that need all of it working together.

CHAPTER 04

The AI era.

Then AI grew up — and for two people who were already obsessed with systems, bringing it aboard wasn't a pivot, it was the obvious next commit. Continuous learning, new tools, new workflows: AI became part of every layer of what we build, from content systems to chatbots to entire automated lead pipelines.

Not as the headline. As the tool. The headline is still the same one it's always been: understand people, build systems, measure everything.

why_it_works

Three crafts. One team. No handovers.

🧠

Psychology

Every headline, every funnel, every chatbot reply starts with the same question: what does this person actually need to hear right now? That's not a marketing trick. That's Dominik's first profession.

🎨

Design

People decide in seconds, with their eyes. Eda's campaigns, creatives and web designs make the message land before a single word is read — across every channel, in one consistent voice.

⚙️

Systems & AI

Understanding and beauty don't scale by themselves. Software and AI turn them into machines: content pipelines, lead engines, automations that work while everyone sleeps.

Strategy & Systems

Psychologist by training, marketer by way of the open road. Worked on brands like Biomarkt and Nestlé, learned from Germany's best, and now builds the strategies, systems and AI workflows behind every project. Answers his own email.

You'll work with the people on this page. Not with an account manager who "checks with the team".

how_we_work

Remote-first. On purpose.

We learned our craft on the road. Working remotely isn't our compromise — it's our origin story.

01

Inside your project, not in an office

Shared project spaces, weekly progress you can see, direct access to the people doing the work. Most clients say it feels closer than their local agency ever did.

02

Reachable, in writing

We reply within one business day — usually much faster. Decisions get documented, not lost in hallway conversations. You always know where your project stands.

03

Your budget goes into the work

No downtown office, no account layer, no overhead you end up paying for. What you invest goes into strategy, design and code — the things that move your numbers.

a-note-from-us.txt

We started KlickNerds because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses buying marketing in pieces — a website here, some ads there, a chatbot from someone's nephew — and wondering why nothing added up.

Growth isn't a channel you buy. It's a system you build: people find you, your website convinces them, and automation catches the work that follows. We build all three layers, we measure everything, and we'll tell you honestly when something isn't worth your money — even when it's something we sell.

If that sounds like your kind of agency, we'd love to hear what you're building.
